- The £10,000 cash prize draw is being run by CommShare Ltd – Marlowe House, 109 Station Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA15 7ET. CommShare Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
- There is 1 cash prize of £10,000. No alternative prize will be offered.
- A free copy of Fundology only applies for Agency Appointment forms completed online.
- The deadline for entry is 31 July 2008.
- CommShare Ltd will select the winner at random. The winner will be selected within 30 days of the deadline. The winner will be contacted by post and requested to telephone to claim their prize within 30 days. A cheque will be sent to the winner within 14 days of them claiming their prize.
- To qualify for entry we must have received a valid Agency Appointment form by 31 July 2008 for at least £5,000 worth if investments that pay 0.5 % p.a. renewal commission. Most funds do pay this.
- Entry is open to all UK mainland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of CommShare Ltd. CommShare Ltd is the promoter of this prize draw.
- Each person will be entered once into the prize draw. Only investors who have submitted valid Agency Appointment forms will be entered.
- CommShare Ltd reserves the right to publish the winners’ name and county.
